Start with the rougher of the two buffer grits and use a brisk side-to-side motion to polish your nails, taking care that you are buffing the surfaces evenly. Wipe, then finish off with the smoothest grit type for that beautiful shine. After use, wash both files with soap, rinse with hot water, and air-dry before stowing back in the portable cases.
